Unit 13 Building 23, SUNNYBROOK 1, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof and a percentage in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and as recorded in O.R. Book 1402, Page(s) 1636, and subsequent amendments thereto, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page(s) 82 through 86, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 4916 Sunnybrook Drive, #13, New Port Richey, Florida, 34655-4612.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before February 27, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
