NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 18 January , 2012 and entered in Case NO. 51-2009-CA-011563-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and RICHARD THOMAS DESANT; PATRICIA LAMENDOLA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE AGNES GELLER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED OCTOBER 19, 1983; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; POINTE WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on February 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT A OF BUILDING 145, PARADISE POINTE WEST GROUP NO.6, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND AN INTEREST IN THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS, IF ANY, APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 68, AND 69 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JULY 31, 1973 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 700, PAGES 319-416, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 356089 AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 6, 1973, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 708, PAGES 343-353 AND AMENDED PLAT THEREOF FILED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 25-27 AND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
