NOTICE is given pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 11, 2012 entered in Case No. 2010 CA 003827 WS, of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NANCY K. SCOTT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY SCOTT; VILLA DEL RIO HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; VIVA VILLAS MAINTENANCE CORPORATION; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A KIMBERLY STOKES-HOLDER are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pasco County, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on February 27, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT(S) 36, OF VILLA DEL RIO UNIT 04, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 43 ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
