NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-000801 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF WATERFALL VICTORIA MORTGAGE TRUST 2011-SBC3, is Plaintiff, and SHARREN T. MARQUIS, TRUSTEE OF LAMARTINE REALTY TRUST, DATED DECEMBER 26, 1996, et al., are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 1st Floor Atrium, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18 day of July, 2012, the following described real and personal property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

Lot 2,3, 4, 5, Block 14 of LELY TROPICAL ESTATES UNIT NO. 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page(s) 89, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
