NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 19th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-06039, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-1 is the Plaintiff and CHERYL M. CHADWICK, NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MATTHEW R. CHADWICK and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 18 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2205 IN 1820 NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON OCTOBER 14, 2004, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3660, PAGE 2403, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
