NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 14 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-002109, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION JPMAC 2006-CH1 is the Plaintiff and LORENZO CARRILLO, RAQUEL CARRILLO, CHASE BANK USA, N.A, JOHN DOE and JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 16th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, IN BLOCK 19, OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGES 65 THROUGH 77 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
