Tart, Ibis Cove Master Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 18 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
