NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 15, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-009397 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and BRANDI L.SPEERS A/K/A BRANDI LORRAINE SPEERS A/K/A BRANDI L.MACQUARRIE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRANDI L.SPEERS A/K/A BRANDI LORRAINE SPEERS A/K/A BRANDI L.MACQUARRIE N/K/A SCOTT MACQUARRIE; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 16th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
