NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated March 19, 2012, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-02971 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America NA successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Srvicing LP FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP is the Plaintiff and Albana Cinxo, et al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Collier County Courthouse Annex. Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11 A.M., on July 16, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 203 OF TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS BUILDING N0.2 A CONDOMINIIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 595, PAGE 116 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
