notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 18, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-002680 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for the SunTrust Alternative Loan Trust 2006-1F, Plaintiff and Virginia Jimenez And Fidel Betancourt are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on July 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF TRACT 51, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 71, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
