NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 18 day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-07587, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and MARK D. HARKINS, M & I BANK FSB, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK D. HARKINS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 16 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 14, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 75 AND 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
