Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2012, 2009, and entered in 2009-CA-4983 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and PAULA URBINATE AKA PAULA ANGELOPOULOS; ROBERT URBINATE; FOUR SEASONS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in Atrium on the First Floor of the Courthouse Annex, at 11:00 a.m. on July 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, FOUR SEASONS, PER PLAT THEREOF AT PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 95 THROUGH 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
