NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-2222-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for GSR 2006-OA1. is Plaintiff and MANDY MOJICA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MANDY MOJICA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, F.S.B., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 87, GOLDEN GATE UINT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 97 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
