NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21 day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No.11-2008-CA-001947, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA is the Plaintiff and XHEMALI AHMATI, WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA, FLUTURAKE AHMATI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF XHEMALI AHMATI, JOHN DOE N/K/A LARRY SKINNER, JANE DOE N/K/A VIVIAN SKINNER, DANJELA HASAN A/K/A DANJELA AHMATI and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANJELA HASAN A/K/A DANJELA AHMATI N/K/A NADGI HASON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 19 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at the Southwest corner of Lely VIllas, Unit 2, as recorded In Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 94, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and run N 88 degrees 43' 14” E along the South line of said Lely Villas, Unit 2 for 600.00 feet; thence run S 66 degrees 51' 04” E for 184.oo feet; thence run S 23 degrees 08' 56” W for 38.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run S 66 degrees 51' 04” E for 21.00 feet; thence run S 23 degrees 08' 56” W for 50.00 feet; thence run N 66 degrees 51' 04” W for 42.00 feet; thence run N 23 degrees 08' 56” E for 50 feet; thence run S 66 degrees 51' 04” E for 21.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, all being in and a part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 18, Township 50 South, Range 26 East.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
