Unit Week 30 in Unit 612, VISTANA SPA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Spa Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3677, Page 335, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
