NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 19th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011CA003980O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein MIDFIRST BANK is the Plaintiff and ROBERT MYRICKS A/K/A ROBERT L MYRICKS, SPRING LAKE VILLAS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF ORANGE COUNTY, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT MYRICKS A/K/A ROBERT L MYRICKS N/K/A ROBERT L MYRICKS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 28 day of September, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 26, SPRING LAKE VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 101 AND 102, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
