NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 19th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-017758, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and GAIL SCATURRO A/K/A GAIL ANN SCATURRO A/K/A GAIL ANN IRACI; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GAIL SCATURRO GAIL ANN SCATURRO A/K/A GAIL ANN IRACI; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on August 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, CROWNTREE LAKES TRACTS 2 & 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 130 THROUGH 140, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
