Notice is given pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed June 14th, 2012 in Case No. 11-003859-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which FLORIDA GULF BANK is the Plaintiff and DENNIS J. FULLENKAMP; RICHARD W. PRINGLE AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL M. STRAYHORN; FARM CREDIT OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA ACA IN ITS SOLE CAPACITY AND AS AGENT/NOMINEE FOR FARM CREDIT OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA FLCA OR FARM CREDIT OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA PCA; and MULTIBANK 2009-1 RES-ADC VENTURE, LLC are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on August 17th, 2012 beginning 11:00 A.M. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
