Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property located in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 201, in PROMENADES EAST, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 62A through 62G of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded October 12, 1982, in Official Record Book 711 at Pages 1158 through 1214, and amended by amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 806, Page 873, and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, set forth in said Declaration and Amendment to the Declaration, in the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on July 16th, 2012. Final payment must be made on or before 11:00 a.m. on the next business day by cash or cashier's check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
