NOTICE IS HEREBY given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, on July 18, 2012, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit Number 402 and an undivided percentage share in those common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of The Heron Coach Houses, a Phase Condominium, as recorded in Official Record Book 2140 at pages 1789-1877 inclusive, as amended in OR. Book 2168 at page 1153, O.R. Book 2201 at page 3462, OR. Book 2231 at page 0442, OR. Book 2294 at page 2583; OR. Book 2338 at page 4109; O.R. Book 2830, Page 1635; OR. Book 2967, Page 3214; O.R. Book 3231, Page 430; OR. Book 03168, Page 4685, and further recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 72-75, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, all amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
