Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 15, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
LOT 93, OF CYPRESS CAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, AT PAGES 5 THROUGH 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 13520 CYPRESS HEAD RD, FORT MYERS, FL 33913; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, on July 16, 2012 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
