NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 18, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-069460 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein bac home loans servicing, l.p. f/k/a countrywide home loans servicing, l.p., is the Plaintiff and LOUIS R. STANLEY; ALICE A. STANLEY A/K/A ALICE WHITE-STANLEY; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on July 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69, UNIT 1, ROYAL EAST SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
