NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 18, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-055346 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein bank of america, n.a., successor by merger to bac home loans servicing, lp fka countrywide home loans servicing lp, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT WHITE A/K/A ROBERT BOESCH WHITE A/K/A ROBERT B. WHITE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT WHITE A/K/A ROBERT BOESCH WHITE A/K/A ROBERT B. WHITE; PINE GROVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A WENDY (REFUSED LASTNAME) are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on August 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
a parcel of land lying in the northeast quarter (ne 1/4) of section 14, township 45 south, range 24 east, lee county, florida described as follows:

from the northeast corner of pine grove townhouse, said corner also being the northwest corner of lgs concord unit one as recorded in plat book 30, page 101, of the public records of le county, florida, run south 1 degree 16'00” east along the west line of said lgs concord unit one for 159.75 feet; thence run south 88 degrees 44'00” west for 225.83 feet to the point of beginning.

from said point of beginning continue south 88 degrees 44'00” west along a line of 42.00 feet, said line passing through a port wall common to townhouse units 13 and 14 of said pine grove townhouses; thence run south 1 degree 16'00” east for 30.25 feet feet; thence run north 88 degrees 44'00” east for 42.00 feet; thence run north 1 degree 16'00” west along a line for 30.25 feet to the point of beginning, said line passing through a party wall common to townhouse unit 14 and 15 of said pine grove townhouses. (bearings used are based on said plat of lgs concord unit one.)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
