NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed June 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-069094 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB, is Plaintiff, and TIM E. COUCH and ROBIN COUCH are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on July 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 95 feet of Lot 14, Block K, and the East 95 feet of Lot 15, Block K, Seminole Park, #2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Plat Book 6, Page 11, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
