NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-013285 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, where in WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., also known as wachovia mortgage, a division of wells fargo bank, n.a., formerly known as wachovia mortgage, fsb, formerly known as world savings bank, fsb is the Plaintiff and ESTATE OF HAROLD J. OAKE, BRITTANY DANIELLE OAKE, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a SANTIAGO LOPEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a GLORIA DOMINGUEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT #3 n/k/a SANTIAGO VELASQUEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT #4 n/k/a EVA VELASQUEZ, SHANE OAKE, PAULA LELIZELD are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 20, 2012, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
The North 78.5 feet to the South 295.0 feet of Block 3, PIEDMONT GARDENS, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 11, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Except the West 516.0 feet of said Block 3, subject to a Public Utility Easement over the West 6.0 feet thereof, and also subject to Driveway Easement over the South 10 feet of the East 91.0 feet of the above described parcel, together with ingress and egress over and across the North 10 feet of the East 91.0 feet adjacent to and directly South of the above mentioned Driveway Easement.
