Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situating in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lots 60 and 61, Block 103, SAN CARLOS PARK, UNIT 7, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Deed Book 315, Page 149, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on July 19, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
