NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder beginning at 9:00 a.m. on September 13, 2012 at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Fla. Statute Chapter 45 that certain property situated in the County of Lee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:

That part of Lot 6, Dellee Park Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 77 and 78, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, described as follows:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 6; thence S 89Ëš18'18” W along the South line of Lot 6 for 183.47 feet; thence N 0Ëš41'42” W for 82.83 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue N 0Ëš41'42” W for 15.34 feet; thence S 89Ëš18'18” W for 40.00 feet; thence S 0Ëš41'42” E for 15.34 feet; thence N 89Ëš18'18” E for 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
