NOTICE IS HEREBY given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, on August 15, 2012, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 19, Block A, VARSITY LAKES, PHASE I, a Replat of part of a Replat of Lynbrook Pines as recorded in Plat Book 34, Pages 95 through 99, in Section 28, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 57, Pages 24 through 26, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
