NOTICE IS HEREBY given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, on September 5, 2012, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 51, PARADISE ACRES, UNIT 2, an unrecorded subdivision, of part of Lot 23, HELFENSTEIN ESTATES, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 40 described as follows:

Commence at the Southwest corner of Lot 26, HELFENSTEIN ESTATES as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 40, Lee County, Florida; thence run Northerly along the West line of Lots 25 and 26, 2011.6 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the South line of Lot 26, 217.8 feet to the Point of Beginning: thence Northerly parallel with the West line of Lot 25, 200.2 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the South line of Lot 25, 217.8 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the West line of Lot 25, 200.2 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the South line of Lot 25, 217.8 feet to the Point of Beginning. SUBJECT TO an easement over and across the Northerly 30.2 feet thereof for a road right-of-way and Southerly 5.0 feet for utility purposes but together with non-exclusive right of ingress and egress in common with others over the private road running East and West to the Public Road located on the West end of the subdivision.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
