NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-053075, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and RICHARD D. CONFLITTI, JR. A/K/A RICHARD D. CONFLITTI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD D. CONFLITTI, JR A/K/A RICHARD D. CONFLITTI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE VILLAS AT COBIA CAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 17 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 9-A, THE VILLAS AT COBIA CAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3279, PAGE 1188 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATED, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
