NADIA SILBER, Individually; NADIA SILBER, as Trustee of the Nadia Silber Land Trust, created by a Declaration of Trust and Land Trust Agreement, dated August 8, 2008; ALLAN BURNWORTH and stephanie burnworth,
Defendants.
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Re-Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Beginning at a point on the Northwesterly line of First Street marking the Southeasterly corner of Lot 4, Block B of Dean's Subdivision, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 4 at page 24 of the Public Records of Lee County, run Northwesterly for 274.44 feet to the Northernmost cormer of said Lot 4; thence continue Northwesterly along a prolongation of the Northeasterly line of said Lot 4 for 345.56 feet to an intersection with the City of Fort Myers Bulkhead Line as described in Ordinance No. 618; thence run Southwesterly 650 feet from and parallel with the center line of First Street as shown on said plat of Dean's Subdivision and along said Bulkhead Line for 150 feet; thence run Southeasterly along a Northwesterly prolongation of the Southwesterly line of said Lot 4 for 351 feet more or less to said platted shoreline; thence continue Southeasterly to said Northwesterly line (30 feet fron the center line) of First Street; thence run Northeasterly along said Northwesterly line of First Street; for 150 feet to the Point of Beginning.
and commonly known as: 2741 First Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, on July 18, 2012, at 9:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
