NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 21, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-051744 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 20 day of August, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTs 40 & 41, block 3251, unit 66, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 22, page 2 through 26, of the public records OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
