KIMBALL A/K/A JANET ANN BASSETT KIMBALL A/K/A JANET KIMBALL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANET B. KIMBALL A/K/A JANET ANN BASSETT KIMBALL A/K/A JANET KIMBALL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL KIMBALL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on July 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF LOTS 4, 5 AND 6, BLOCK 18, BONITA SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 26, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
