MORTON; SANDRA L. MORTON; WATERWAY ESTATES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, NA are the Defendants. Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM on July 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 86, block 7, unit 2, section 3, waterway estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 21, pages 44 & 45, inclusive, public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
