MCKINNON A/K/A SHERIDAN ANNE MCKINNON, DECEASED; MICHELLE VAN TASSELL AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SHERIDAN ANNE MCKINNON, DECEASED; SONYA WILLIS AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SHERIDAN ANNE MCKINNON, DECEASED; SCOTT STEPHENS AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF SHERIDAN ANNE MCKINNON, DECEASED; AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION;

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 19 day of June, 2012, and entered in case No. 12-CC-001402 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein KENT I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE VAN TASSELL AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SHERIDAN ANNE MCKINNON, DECEASED; SONYA WILLIS AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SHERIDAN ANNE MCKINNON, DECEASED; SCOTT STEPHENS AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SHERIDAN ANNE MCKINNON, DECEASED; and JOHN DOE N/K/A MASON VAN TASSELL are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day August, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Apartment No. 2, KENT I CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1349, Page 2272, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
