Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 19 day of June, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-CC-006284 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which CALUSA PALMS V CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF JACQUELINE SMITH, MYRON SMITH A/K/A MYRON SMITH SR., GLORIA LANZANTE, MYRON SMITH, JR., and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, WHETHER LIVING OR NOT, AND WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMS AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR IN ANY OTHER CAPACITY, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 2 day of August, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 101, Building 9, CALUSA PALMS V CONDOMINIUM, A Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 4848, Page 3946 and any amendments filed thereto of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the Common Areas as set forth in said Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale
