NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 31 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-50337, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DWIGHT E. BOWERS, DONNA BOWERS and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 37, LEHIGH ACRES UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
