PLAKSIN; SCOTT J. PLASKIN; BRISTOL PARK AT GATEWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BAY COLONY GATEWAY-GATEWAY, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on July 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO SCOTT J. PLAKSIN AND MARIA E. PLAKSIN, HUSBAND AND WIFE BY DEED FROM PULTE HOME CORPORATION RECORDED 07/18/2001 IN DEED BOOK 3452 PAGE 652,IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
