NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 15, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-052755 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD D. STOKES, DECEASED, AS OWNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD D. STOKES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MR. AUGUSTIN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JANE DOE AUGUSTIN; VICKIE L. O'FARRELL; DAVID STOKES; PAMELA MERROW; RACHEL STOKES; TESSIE CROSS; SHARON JOHNSON; RONALD STOKES; JULIE REDD; ERIC STOKES; CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS; VICKIE L. O'FARREL AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD D. STOKES, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on July 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 4, 5 AND 6, BLOCK 56, BONITA SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 30 FEET OF LOT 4 THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
