Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 35, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida; Thence along the east line of Said Section 35, South 00Ëš04'54” West 636.84 feet to the Northerly line of Goodwin Street; thence along the Northerly line of Goodwin Street, North 89Ëš45'11” West 932.46 feet to the Point of Beginning of the parcel herein described:
