Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 26th day of April, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-013579 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LISA WISKOWSKI, JOHN SCOTT WISKOWSKI, THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. AND JOHN DOE are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of July, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 321, BUILDING B, OF THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1411, PAGE 1262, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
