Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment entered in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, that the undersigned Charlie Green, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida will on July 26, 2012, Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida statutes offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:

Parcel 5: A tract or parcel of land situated in the State of Florida, County of Lee lying in Section 30, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, being a part of the parcel as described in O.R. Book 3436, Page 3326, Lee County, Florida Public Records and being further bound and described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 30; thence North 00 degrees 52 minutes 27 seconds West along the east line of said Section for 100.03 feet to the North line of Blowfish Canal as shown on the plat of Unit 1 Lehigh Estates in Plat Book 15, Page 81, Lee County Public Records; thence South 89 degrees 30 minutes 44 seconds West along said North line for 1873.11 feet to the Westerly right of way line of Westgate Boulevard as described in O.R. Book 3064, Page 2881; thence continue South 89 degrees 30 minutes 44 seconds West along North line for 1527.31 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 89 degrees 30 minutes 44 seconds West along the North line for 150 feet; thence North 00 degrees 29 minutes 16 seconds West for 212 feet to the South Line of Second Street; thence South 00 degrees 29 minutes 16 seconds east a distance of 212 feet to the Point of Beginning.
