Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 4th day of February, 2008 and Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale filed on the 28 day of June, 2012 and entered in case No. 07-CC-005829 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PLANTATION PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.. is the Plaintiff and JAMES E. HAWLEY and MARIA C. HAWLEY are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of July, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 39, of Plantation Preserve, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 71, Page 63 through 66, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
