Final Judgement was awarded on November 10, 2008 in Civil Case No. 07-CA-008054, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY LOAN TRUST 2006-HE4, is the Plaintiff, and, JOSE R. ESPINOSA; LEONELA RODRIGUEZ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at 9:00 AM online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on July 20, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 46, UNIT 5, SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
