NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 29 day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-054339, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ROY M. FLINT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROY M. FLINT and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A SHELBY CROSS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the, highest and best bidder for cash at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 30 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 5, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, thence North along the Section line a distance of 546.80 feet to the Point of Beginning of the lands hereby conveyed; thence continue North along the Section line 656 feet to the Southerly edge of County Road Right of Way; thence West 255 feet along the Southerly edge of such County Road Right of Way; thence South and parallel to the Section line 656 feet; thence East to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
