NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017049CICI-15, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and GRETA MONTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GRETA MONTY BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; WOODLAKE ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A GLORIA GONZALEZ, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 142, BUILDING 14, WOODLAKE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4204, PAGE 1119, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEROF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGE 38, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
