Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 21, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 10015199CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and IRIS BUCHELE, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 139, FOUNTAIN SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF FOUNTAIN SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5012, PAGE 335, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41M PAGE 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
