NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 4, 2012, in Case No. 10-472-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Kurt M. W. Steinmann, Cynthia W. Steinmann, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 1st day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 13, EDGEMOOR ESTATES REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 70 THROUGH 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
