NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-8851-CO-042 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SYLVETTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and SALLY HAMTIL, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE; STEPHEN HAMTIL, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN C. HAMTIL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SALLY HAMTIL; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of August, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 124, building 6363, as shown on Condominium Plat of the Sylvette, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 32, Pages 70 through 76, Public Records of Pinellas county, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed February 21, 1979 in O.R. book 4816, Pages 1768 through 1849, as amended in O.R. book 7877, Page 158, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. the street address of which is: 300 64th Avenue #214 St. Pete Beach, FL, 33706.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
