NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-011229 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, JAMES P. HRYNIEWICKI, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com/index.cfm, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of August 2012, the following described property:
APARTMENT UNIT NO. 105, COVE CAY CONDOMINIUM, TWENTY-SIX EIGHTEEN, VILLAGE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4025 AT PAGE 1178 THROUGH 1273; AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 1 THROUGH 5, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
